These shift knobs are made from high impact polymer resin, specifically formulated for the automobile industry, not to develop stress cracks with aging. The master insert in the shift knobs (brass or aluminum) exceeds the auto industry’s specification of 200 ft. lbs. static pull and 20 ft. lbs. twist torque test. These shift knobs are precision machined and polished to a high gloss finish. Made in the USA.
