The CRS clinic provides care for children with special healthcare needs from birth to young

adulthood. Every year CRS hosts an all-day Christmas event at their clinic. The event includes a

visit from Santa, a Christmas gift for every child in attendance, refreshments, crafts, and games.

The party provides a safe and free event for patients and their families, many of which do not

have the means to be able to pay to see Santa in the community. CRS also provides for patients

who are immune compromised or require a lot of medical equipment that might deter them from

attending other events. Their patients and their families look forward to attending this event everyyear. 

100% of any monetary donation goes toward Christmas gifts or toys to be used for birthday gifts

or rewards throughout the year. Any toys not used during Christmas are saved and provided as

rewards for patients who undergo a hard procedure or work through something difficult with a

provider. CRS also provides a gift to patients who are in the clinic on their birthday. Their goal is to

help normalize the environment for patients and help them to celebrate events and holidays that

they might not be able to celebrate due to their medical circumstances.
